EDUSS has developed the world’s first IMTA (Integrated Multi-dimensional Teaching Assistant) making the company the leader in K-12 intervention. The EDUSS IMTA can increase a teacher’s productivity in the classroom by up to 65%. The intellectual property consists of a proprietary engine with strategic applications covering assessments, tutorials, homework, lessons, and customized reports.

Eduss’ products include English (language arts), phonics, math, and foreign languages. Though we generate approximately 80% of our sales in North America, we provide educational solutions to schools in 5 continents. The EDUSS products are used in over 5,000 schools throughout the world, including the US, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, China, Malaysia and South Africa. Our people are our most important asset. We choose them very carefully for what they can do, not who they are; we expect a lot from them but at EDUSS we work as a team and we expect a lot from ourselves.

Our shareholders own our business. We want as many EDUSS staff and customers to be shareholders as possible. We are running the company for the owners.

In a traditional sense our assets consist of intellectual property. In the new world we live in, we also see our people, community and clients as our assets. We respect and treat our assets with due respect.
History
The company was formed in 2004 as a Colorado C corp. In June 2004 EDUSS bought all intellectual property rights from an Australian company, EduCorp Software Pty. Ltd. EduCorp developed a new dimensional education instruction solution that had the ability to identify key concepts that students have missed throughout their learning career.
EDUSS believed that this software code could form the foundational infrastructure for its newly planned Integrated Multi-dimensional Teaching Assistant (IMTA). The company’s vision was to develop an engine that would test, evaluate and teach children and adults with minimal input, in a range of educational and life-skills subjects.
In 2004 EDUSS completed the successful purchase of “The Language Market” product suite which includes Stage A and Stage B of French, German, Italian, Chinese, Indonesian, and Japanese.
In June 2005 EDUSS opened its first office in Denver Colorado. EDUSS started with development of the IMTA Solution. The strategy was to develop the Solution in stages with the aim to have a product ready to start selling by first quarter 2006. This strategy was aimed at developing and releasing products in line with education policy changes and valuable market feedback along the way. The first stage of the product was released to the market in February 2006.
EDUSS has achieved success using its innovative marketing program. It has developed a simple sales approach that has successfully introduced the EDUSS Mathematics, English and Phonics-to-Reading IMTA Systems into schools throughout the world.
EDUSS products are used in over 5,000 schools throughout the world.
EDUSS is determined to maintain investment levels into the development of current and new products, with continuous releases planned for the next few years. EDUSS is a dynamic company that aims to make a positive contribution to education.
